We do offer a "lay away" service where you can pay by instalments and we will put a bear to one side for you until the final payment is made and then send him to his new home.
Please contact us if have an old bear that you would like us to buy and find a new home for. We believe that, no matter what the condition or make of bear, there is always a home for him somewhere and this is the part of our job we enjoy the most.
If a bear has a provenance / history we always make sure that the new owner has this so it can be passed on to future generations.

All items sold on this website are collectables and not toys and are not suitable for children.
Payment.
Payment is accepted in UK pounds only.
Payment is accepted by Cheque, Creditcard and Debitcard by telephone only.
Prices quoted do not include post and packing.
Payment (Layaway for items over £150) can be made over a maximum of 3 payments over 3 months. Items will only be dispatched once the final payment has been cleared.
Any custom charges that may apply to deliveries outside the UK are the responsibility of
the purchaser.
The colour of the collectible item may vary slightly to the colour on the web site, every effort is made to give an accurate picture but due to the photographic process this can happen.
Returns.
Items purchased within the UK.
We are happy to except items back if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 7 days and a full refund is available but the item must be returned in the condition it was
dispatched. You must call to arrange the return before returning the goods. The refund will be less our original postage costs even if the item was sent free of postage.
Goods are sent back at your risk so please send by recorded means.
Items purchased outside the UK.
Items are non-returnable.
